PASSPORT CARD TRANSITION

The Passport Access Card transition appointments will be held in the Coral Reefer.  
Please reserve your appointment for the registered residents and/or renters in your household.

New Passport Access Cards will cost $15 a person and will only be distributed to registered residents of the community.  
To be a registered resident you must be listed on the deed, or have a government issued ID with a Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head address. Up to three (3) ownership interests may be allocated as residents. Other occupants will be classified as guests.

You will be able to pay with a credit card when you book your appointment.  
Cash payments will not be accepted.

Passport access cards will cost $15 per resident.

Appointments available:

Every second Saturdays 9:00 AM -12:00 PM.

Wednesday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, 1:00 PM-8:00 PM

Thursday and friday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Association will send communication in advance to all residents so they are aware of the correct time their phase may book their appointment.

  • We ask that you please book your appointment one week in advance.

  • You may book separate appointments for your household if needed. Residents within your household that cannot attend with you, must login using their community website username and password.

  • Residents will receive an email confirmation email once their appointment has been scheduled.

  • Three residents max per household are allowed per each appointment. Additional household residents may login through the resident website and book an additional appointment.

  • Please bring your Government issued ID, your current fob, and your Passport Card

  • Only registered Latitude at Hilton Head residents will be permitted Passport Access Cards. No additional cards will be issued.

  • During the transition, Passport Access Cards will cost $15 per resident, and will include a Margaritaville lanyard with a clear vinyl sleeve.

  • Online cancellation is not permitted. If you need to cancel, please email LMHHpassportcard@fsresidential.com or come to the Association office.

  • The tentative schedule is as follows:

    Phase 4 & 7: 2/27-3/2

    Phase 5: 3/5 -3/16

    Phase 3: 3/19 -3/30

    Phase 2: 4/2-4/13

    Phase 1: 4/16- 4/27

  • Only current registered residents have access to the community website. If you need help with your log-in, please contact the Association office.

  • Yes. If you are a registered renter with the association, with a copy of the current lease agreement on file. Your name must be listed on the lease agreement for the property, and you must also present a government issued I.D.

  • Per the Use Restrictions your right to the amenities is transferred to your tenant(s) for the duration of the lease. Once the lease is complete the rights to the amenities are transferred back to the Owner and you would qualify to apply for a passport or have your passport reactivated. That passport would remain active until the property is leased again.

  • The Association will accommodate residents who cannot attend during their allotted time at the end of the transition. Residents will be notified for makeup days via email.

  • Yes, this new card takes the place of all fobs and is used as your resident identification.

  • No. Passport Access Cards are used for resident identification and amenity access only.
